RBC were instructed by Boom Construction for the mechanical installation works for the construction of 51 new build flats. The project used factory produced Pod bathroom and utility rooms, so RBC had to work closely with Boom and other contractors to ensure the pods worked with the plumbing installation. The flats consisted of electric combination boilers with wet underfloor heating.
