Theatre 1 Refurbishment

RBC were instructed on a design and build contract for the mechanical installation works for the refurbishment of Theatre 1. The project had an extremely tight schedule and RBC worked hard alongside Inigo the main contractor to ensure the project was handing over on time. The works included new boiler plant to feed the new AHU unit feeding the theatre, new 3” welded gas main to feed the plant, full refurbishment of the theatre including a new heating system.
